    Night begins with Cheese and Charcuterie

    First Course

    Grilled little gem lettuce salad, heirloom tomato, radish, microgreens, citrus vinaigrette

    Second Course

    Roasted pork tenderloin, tomato jam

    herbed polenta, arugula

    Third Course

    Braised country style beef rib, potato gratin, roasted carrot, shaved fennel, veal demi glace

    Final Course

    Pecan gelato, poached pear, berries, strawberry coulis 



    Night begins with assorted crostini appetizers

    First Course

    Baby lettuces, beets, grilled melon, heirloom tomatoes,

    pear, citrus mustard vinaigrette

    Second Course

    Tiger prawn cocktail, roasted pepper puree, 

    cilantro salsa verde

    Third Course

    Pan roasted Lamb chop, cauliflower steak, celery root passato,

    lemon/parsley chutney

    Final Course

    Panna Cotta, berry compote, basil


    Night begins with assorted crostini appetizers

    Roasted potato soup, crispy prosciutto, chive oil

    green onion, black pepper

    Second Course

    Seared scallop, curry corn passato, hazelnut 

    salsa verde, cilantro

    Third Course

    Roasted Rack of Lamb, mushroom farro, grilled leeks, asparagus, red wine sauce

     Vanilla bean Creme brulee
